Returns & Refunds Policy
At Solea Studio, we want you to love your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on items which are unused, unopened and in their original condition.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and unopened
- The product must be in it's original packaging
- The protective foil/tamper seal must be fully intact
- The item must not show signs of use, damage, dents, scratches or tampering
- Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Opened or used products
- Products with broken or removed protective seals
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper storage
- Sale or promotional items unless faulty
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve this as quickly as possible.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non refundable.
Customer pays for return shipping if free shipping was given at point of initial order.
